Super expensive. Got a much better deal at Postal Annex. Cost about a fourth of what FedEx charged.
Easy drop off for my FedEx package.
The presented picture was not of the clerk who helped me for this review. Overall, FedEx was outstanding on service and timely shipping to my chosen destination and allowed me to track my package without having to setup an account; unlike UPS. Also: FedEx is Nickle, Dime inexpensive over UPS.
Prompt, knowledgeable. Unfortunately packages only ship during the week at specific times-my package day in the store for 3 days before any movement.
