I hate to receive packages from FedEx. I am tired of making the same complaint about drivers not delivering my packages and then lie about not being able to get in. The problem is I'm sitting there waiting for the package to arrive. I know I have made this same complaint several times. Two of the times they had the driver bring it t h e same day. I need to speak to management.

Went in with a QR code and was told that I needed to go to an actual FedEx store miles away. What’s the point of advertising FedEx services if you can’t even ship via QR code? What’s worse is that I could have printed the label there, but the employee wasn’t even willing to tape it to the package for me (UPS stores happily offer this courtesy). Horrible customer service all around, definitely avoid this FexEx spot if you can.

I was told by the driver that I needed to call FEDEX near me to make a return label because I don’t have a printer and can’t return it on my own because I’m handicapped. I called FEDEX and they gave me all this bull crap about calling where I bought it and they’d create a label for me! What kind of service is this?!!
