I had a great experience with one of the FedEx employees today. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, which made the whole experience stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about providing excellent customer service, and I really appreciate their effort.
This is a great clean location
Very professional and polite
so they delivered the lounge part of my sectional saturday and not the couch part...they delayed it for some reason and now i have to wait at home on Easter Sunday for my delivery that i dont even know will come given its easter sunday...and when i try to call to see whats going on i get a computer that REFUSES to connect me to customer service and hangs up on me...cant get a real person on the phone to get help.
