It's beyond crucial to have visible signs of where you drop off FedEx packages. Is it in the Pharmacy dept? Photo dept? Front Register? Who knows but I enjoyed walking to all of them aimlessly only to end up 15 mins later at the front registers and although the Photo department person had grabbed the scanner and put my cell number into the scanner so I could receive a confirmation text...she then passes off the scanner to the incompetent at the front who now only had to scan.
