I finally started going to FedEx after having nearly every interaction at the (much closer) UPS store go wrong. Very happy I changed, and this will be my go to store in the future.
I guess it's ok to just lose people's packages here or let your employees steal them. And customer service is even worse. Still waiting for a call back from last week to find my missing 400 dollar package for my job. Which was the second package they misplaced in a week.
