FedEx was inside Walgreens. Instead of the cashier/customer service representative explaining their PERSONAL policy to me of returns through FedEx she darn near refused my return because, being the reader that I am, I followed directions of what FedEx told me to do. FedEx told me to take my item to the FedEx location, do not box it and do not label it. It will be done at the FedEx drop off Center.
