Worst custom service. I didn't know I needed a box. So an employee told me I needed to buy one. I apologized and bought one. I then returned and had the item in a box then he proceeded to tell me I needed to print out a QR code. I told him the return policy says to just scan the QR code not print. So he hands me a QR code sticker and tells me I have to put it on. I didn't know that. Then says I need to tape off the box as well.
