I've called this place three times now to complain about packages being damaged and being placed where I can't even open my door to get the package...We had a package that had missing pieces in it because the box was broke... Talk to several customer service agents...Mind you again, this is three times I had to contact them and they've done nothing...They told me three times that this won't happen again...Once should have been enough...Apparently not...So now I'm going to have to go higher up...
