I called to let the company to let them know that the drivers weren't ringing our doorbell...There's a clear sign on the door that states to ring the doorbell...The lady I talked to was very nice and helpful...That's why I give this 5 stars because of how helpful she was...Ever since the call...They've been ringing our doorbell
