Went to ship computers and office equipment for access2care closing office. The service was wonderful staff very helpful we appreciate this place!
Few months ago was outside waiting for FedEx truck usually comes between 9-2 in the area I live in, next thing I knew got a text saying he missed me at 12:43 how you figure that I was outside! No tag just text saying pick up location from the text! Had to go pick up package had to get a cab since I don't drive, FedEx didn't use be like this at least gave you a door tag number with couple attempts for delivery, customer service it's not like it used to be, I understand short of help, but still do your job!
Been waiting on an extremely important package for over a week now just for them to tell me I had the wrong address when I didn't? Now it's supposed to get picked up from this place and it's closed on Sundays. I work all week. So my $300 package is just gone in the wind. Last time I ever order from anyone that used FedEx for shipping.
This place is helpful if you just need to strictly drop/pick packages. They cannot create a shipping label for you.
