The woman who helped me with my FedEx returns was very sweet, and although the labels didn’t work because they had been scanned (the West Babylon location couldn’t figure out how to give me receipts for the packages and, with an attitude, told me to take the packages back!), she tried multiple times and was very apologetic. I insisted it was okay and not on her, but her kindness was very appreciated. Thanks!
Terrible customer service. Always long waits
