Usually no one is there or they are clueless how FedEx works. Even the basic stuff.
They don’t accept fedex drop off even though it is in the list of Fedex location, and the cashier didn’t tell me until I waited for long time as the cashier was very slow to process the transaction for the people In front me. Don’t wait time there.
Unpleasant experience when trying to drop off package for fedex. I was told that they have weight limit for fedex drop off and didnt accept my 30lb box. But Fedex have wt limit upto 55lbs at a drop off locations. So make sure you call them to check if they will accept ur package or else u will waste your time. Above all workers are not aware of the rules and keep checking with their supervisor on fedex pickup or drop off.
