Terrible customer service from the lady behind the counter. Struggled to tape the label on the box because she said it wasnt her job. Wouldn't print a receipt for my records. She is in the either not trained or needs to be re trained im customer service standards or get rid of her.
Absolutely deplorable in every way. No customer service at all. Cannot speak to a representative when you call. I guess if you lose a package you're screwed because nobody here can help you. Do not plan on having a positive experience with this location.
