I need just one situation to understand why delivery companies are so expensive yet act unprofessionally, like noobs. I was waiting all Sunday night with a "Till end of the day" delivery status, and then, when it was almost time for delivery, I saw "Delivery status will be updated soon." My delivery requires a signature, so I have no clue who's going to sign for it on Monday.
