After making my 3rd trip to send off package . Due to the untold information that I finally received the paper it was taped in the same color as the box brown construction like paper, I was told to remove it, then was told when I brought it back, then I was told I needed my actual drivers license , even though I explained it was lost and I waiting for it still couldn't do it o the fourth try I took my sister n law with me she scanned her d.l. and finally done!
