Lost one too many of my packages. FedEx is absolute dog shit. Phone number is worthless as well.
"FedEx Onsite Mailing services" is deceiving. It's only a pickup and drop off. They can not make shipping labels.
It's a FedEx site but they say they only do it if you already have a FedEx label attached which makes zero sense
Not designed to help you out. Tracking was updated everyday with the same message, "delivery expected today" and when you finally get through to someone, they tell you the supervisors go home right at the time you've called and that you shouldn't pay attention to the delivery promises unless they actually say they are on a truck. Until then they promises don't mean anything.
