The shop is in the back of a large and disjointed collection of commercial projects. Customer service absolutely is horrid. I come in with a door tag and they said they can't help me. I need a tracking number. We'll of I don't know the package is coming or who it's from then I wouldn't have one. They refused to help and left with no package. A bunch of lazy people that don't want to do their job.
