They are listed as a FedEx drop off location and they don’t accept big boxes and you have to come with everything because they don’t have the right supplies to return your packages. Bad customer service.
I will never use drop off points anywhere because some how they sir for 48 hrs before even getting picked up! Use fed ex shipping centers only!
