Bad service. I was waiting for 20 minutes and the people work there’s just talking and don’t help customers. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
Good service customer care service
This was not a full-service location and the staff that was there at the time was absolutely not helpful, unprofessional, and could not be bothered that someone needed their assistance. I ended up driving three more miles away to another location where I got excellent service. They don't even keep envelopes here for you to be able to mail items.
Xavier and the team at the Tucker location, were absolute rockstars. They were able to turn around my dad's funeral programs within hours. They were very kind and understanding and did a phenomenal job with great customer service.
