Need to update your hours so as you don't have customers coming to your location and seeing your "Sorry we're closed sign"......really disappointing and a wasted trip (time and fuel)

Cat tape or do a lot of other stuff not very good option to bring up as a FedEx location. went out of my way to drop a package off and having to go find another location now.
I don't know why this FedEx location even exists. Here's the conversation I had today: Me: Hello, I would like to send these documents overnight, I already have the label printed out. Employee: Do you have tape? Me: No...maybe you have some tape I can use? Employee: No. Me: Ok, can you print me a sticky label?
