Tried to have a shipping label printed at 2 separate FedEx on site shipping locations. Coshocton,Ohio and Heath, Ohio. Neither one can print it or send it due to its size. It's a garage door opener that weighs about 50 pounds. My 79 yr old mom can pick it up. I live 75 miles away from the next one. Not gonna drive that far. So, maybe FexEx could do a better job with labels and shipping locations so customers don't go through this.
Kind of hard to find. No signs to let you know it’s inside store. Drop off was easy
Had excellent customer service by FedEx staffer, Neil. He interrupted his deliveries to graciously accept the heavy package I was shipping.
