Walking 20 minutes and carry 50lbs TV box. . Two Indian ladies refuse to accept boxes. There is no information about can't accept it. I have to bring it back. Wasting time. I google it fed ex is near by that's a reason i choose FedEx service. Very unpleasant morning.
They lost a very important item and no one wanted to take responsibility for it. Walgreen's acknowledged it was dropped off but they claim it was never picked up. The attitude by all...oh well. No one ever investigated although I put in a claim. Never heard about it again. I don't use FedEx if I have a choice.
