They are terrible
Representative was very helpful, scanned in my package and took my phone number and sent me a text receipt
I took a bus grom the other side of the peninsula. The person got impatient as I pulled up my information, refused to process without the qr code and then claimed they couldn't print based on the qr code. The lady kept pushing me to the side to ring people up while I tried to bring up the email and code my phone. It was a complete waste of time amd money. I was corced to go back to print from my computer. It was a waste of time and my money. Not helpful at all.
