My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday July 18, I gave them a clear instructions to call from the call box, but they never tried, also the main door was opened but they don't want to come up, they just put the the note we tried to deliver. Just wanted to ask what type of try was that you didn't follow the instructions and even the door was opened you don't want to come up. Should I need to wait all day outside at the day of delivery or what? Also why can't I pick up from there location when the failed to deliver?

The female staff at this location did not make any special effort to assist new customers. Even the previous customer, who wanted to take an ID photo, was not properly helped and ended up leaving visibly frustrated without getting their photo. It was our first time trying to print photos, and we weren’t familiar with the computer system. The female employee simply told us to operate the computer ourselves. This location is NOT 24hrs. It is also NOT a full service FedEx facility. It is a waist of time! Dont lose your business over thai place!

It’s great when they bother to work the counter. I even went to the front and had them call somebody on the intercom and nobody showed up. Decided to drive an extra 10min to a dedicated fedex location instead
