I called fed ex and I can't talk to customer service.Just the answering machine

Absolutely awful service, left me waiting for 15 minutes just to drop off a package thats been packaged and labeled.
No envelopes available for purchase. You can only drop off your package if it’s ready to go.
My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday July 18, I gave them a clear instructions to call from the call box, but they never tried, also the main door was opened but they don't want to come up, they just put the the note we tried to deliver. Just wanted to ask what type of try was that you didn't follow the instructions and even the door was opened you don't want to come up. Should I need to wait all day outside at the day of delivery or what? Also why can't I pick up from there location when the failed to deliver?
