Don't come here they won't ship your package unless it is already in the FedEx system so there is zero point you must generate your own shipping tag so you might as well drop it off in a mailbox yourself. Ergo this is a unless location that won't help even answer your questions on how to prepare a shipment.
I gave up on this poorly managed company All I wanted was information on how to prepare small boxed to be picked up and sent to another address all in US. I could not get that info and the answering "service (ha) said call back later. This company lives in the dark ages. Stay away.
