The person in shift was not interested in her job. She was on her phone. I didn't realize you can only send returns. There's no way to send a pkg. It was pouring rain and I really needed to send a pkg. She saw the panic in my face, put the phone down and was very helpful in finding me an open mailing location.

Today I wanted to FexEx some paperwork overnight. The lady said she couldn't print out labels if we didn't already have one. She sent me to another FedEx place that was closed. I went back and she said I could make a label online. I tried to make label online so she could have label but she refused to give me weight of item so I couldn't print out my label, I couldn't send package and had to go somewhere else. She was not helpful, dismissive and waisted my time! How could a FedEx place not allow me to make or print out a lab... read more

Needed to print a label and they could not. I know it's not a full-blown store but that seems like a basic ask.
