The person in shift was not interested in her job. She was on her phone. I didn't realize you can only send returns. There's no way to send a pkg. It was pouring rain and I really needed to send a pkg. She saw the panic in my face, put the phone down and was very helpful in finding me an open mailing location.

Today I wanted to FexEx some paperwork overnight. The lady said she couldn't print out labels if we didn't already have one. She sent me to another FedEx place that was closed. I went back and she said I could make a label online. I tried to make label online so she could have label but she refused to give me weight of item so I couldn't print out my label, I couldn't send package and had to go somewhere else. Needed to print a label and they could not. I know it's not a full-blown store but that seems like a basic ask.

It’s a Fed Ex drop off site with shipping materials to buy. Size matters. You’re not going to return anything that one normal person can’t carry in by hand, so it seems. But it doubles as a real estate office so…House hunters be aware.
