The store was helpful--very helpful--however, in comparison, FedEx's corporate "Resources" were simply WORTHLESS. It was a holiday monday that I needed to send a package for a tuesday delivery, but no one, not even FEDEX'S great automated "RESOURCES," could tell me on the Sunday before if a pickup would absolutely happen at my local FEDEX Office store -- or even in ANY FEDEX store, on the next day, MLK's Monday holiday. Bad experiences. They lied to me twice! Not helpful at all and they did not follow my instructions two different days.
