Nothing better than taking a whole day of work off because I have to sign for a package. Estimated delivery time: 8:00 am" turns to 11 am turns to 1 pm turns to maybe today... Ya I love taking PTO to just sit at home for 12 hours and still never get my package and they won't let me pick it up at their building even if I have an ID showing my delivery address. How is anyone who doesnt work from home expected to use this company???

I have never used Fed Ex before. I needed to get important documents to my brother and the USPS failed me. Tim was so welcoming and helpful. He got my documents sent over night at a cheaper rate than expected. I will always go with Fed Ex from now on and a huge thank you to Tim!
