FedEx delivered an open package. I was home and saw the driver driving away. I went to retrieve my package and saw it was opened and nothing was inside. I tried to wave down the driver but he didn’t see me. I filed a complaint, told multiple customer service reps about my problem and each one told me the package was delivered and wouldn’t help resolve the issue. Use UPS Amazon or USPS. FedEx is trash
Not convenient at all.
