Great customer service
Contacting Fedex was the most frustrating thing i've ever had to do because it doesn't let you Talk to a live person to get your question answer and keeps taking you in circles. By the time I finally call back 4 times and got to talk to somebody.The girls accent was so thick.I barely could understand her. But I googled online that you have 2 weeks to turn in a prepaid shipping label.
