Was told they wouldn't accept my 15lb, 30"x20"x4" package because it was too big. Online, it says there is a 48"x25"x25", 55lb limit. Low rating because their size limits are lower than stated and I wasted a trip. Update: Called in and confirmed the sizing and dropped my package off. They indicated that whoever I spoke to must have been one of their temp workers from another store, since everyone there knows the dimension limit. Raised stars to 3, since they took the package this time.
Not open at 9:00pm as reported much less shipping open.
