Fast and easy process. It was very convenient for me.
Went to ask for help to ship some very important documents internationally. I carefully explained that the documents are very important and cannot get folded or wet. I asked for advice. A very rude employee told me to just buy a bubble bag and do the process online then come back and disregarded my concerns.
