Apparently a 3-in thick 2 ft by 3 ft package is too big for this location. After a very exasperated manager rolled her eyes at me about the size of my package she said I couldn't drop it off there cuz it's too big. I never thought I'd have such a problem in this life but here we are...
They were unable to help me because I needed a label printed in order to ship a package and the clerk was unable to login to the Fedex system. Won't waste my time stopping in here again-- better to just go to an actual FedEx location like the one on Ray & 48th.
Easy to find location inside of Walgreen's as it was straight past the registers when you walk in to your right. I was given the option to provide my number so they could give me updates on when my package was recieved at its destination. 5 stars for ease of use and convenience!
