I brought in a 20x20x18 box weighing 25 lbs. I was told it was too big, the FedEx guy won’t take it. Website says they accept up to 48x25x25 and 55lbs. Please don’t advertise services you do not actually provide.
The FedEx drop off was at the front cash register. The cashier handled the drop off and was fast and helpful.
Very convenient! Great to have a Fed Ex drop off site close to home.
Went to drop off a package and they had no tape….. how do you have a fedex drop off and there’s no tape at the location. I went to Office Depot and they had tape for it. Doesn’t make any sense. Very inconvenient!
