Over loading their drivers to where they can’t deliver packages on time. My package left the Orlando facility at 6:15A.M 12/16/24 and was supposed to be delivered by 2:50P.M and has now changed to delivery being tomorrow. Mind you I live 48 minutes from this facility. This expensive item I ordered was a gift for a secret Santa being done at work tomorrow 12/17/24. So with them changing the delivery and not doing their job properly really screws their customers.
