I had a very disappointing experience at this Walgreens location. The staff were not helpful, not knowledgeable, and not friendly. It was clear they didn’t want to be doing the FedEx work they were assigned. Before I could even say a word, the man behind the counter yelled, “WE DON’T DO RETURNS AND WE NEVER HAVE.” When I mentioned I had a QR code, he suddenly changed his tone and said, “Oh, well that we do.” His attitude was enough to make me turn around and leave — I was caught off guard by how rude he was. Staff not helpful, not knowledgeable, not friendly, lazy. Walgreens staff assigned to do FedEx job, and not even trying. I'm okay with FedEx as a whole. But I suggest to go to a regular FedEx office or store, not this onsite stuff.

Arrived to the FedEx located in the Walgreens store. Tried to send a box and had a QR code. The lady stated her printer is not working and she won’t be able to help me ship the box. Why do you guys have only 1 label printer in this location? Even in a third world countries they have spare printers to help every customer and earn that money. Very poor customer service in this current location. Very dissatisfied.

They don’t have tapes, will ask you to buy one even if you need a one inch tape to secure package
