For this to be the ONLY FedEx location in the area and there was no sense of urgency to have the printer fixed is completely unacceptable. The person helping me did a great job trying to find the help but the manager on duty didn’t bother to come off their throne to come down. Why carry extra services if you don’t care abt the extra services?
