Delivered my package to the wrong house and they refuse to correct the problem and refuse to tell me where they delivered it too so I can go and get it. Now I’m out $90 and the items I ordered and got told oh well.
Super friendly but professional individual at the desk. Had to copy sensitive documents and it was done quickly and perfectly for me (so I didn't mess it up doing it on one sheet myself).
