Excellent service, friendly and very informative staff.
Multiple times, I have had packages delivered. NEVER have they not been delivered/ left outside of my apartment ;which is on the second floor) - I’m currently dealing with some chronic pain in my neck. I ordered a recliner to help on the recovery process. Fed Ex didn’t deliver it to my door. They left it at the bottom of the stairs, outside of the house my apartment is located. I live alone.
