Excellent service, friendly and very informative staff.
Multiple times, I have had packages delivered. NEVER have they not been delivered/ left outside of my apartment ;which is on the second floor) - I’m currently dealing with some chronic pain in my neck. I ordered a recliner to help on the recovery process. Fed Ex didn’t deliver it to my door. They left it at the bottom of the stairs, outside of the house my apartment is located. I live alone. There not the best all the time at least when ur waiting on a delivery bc I literally watched them go around my house 9 times and stopped at my place last made me soon mad but they try there human and just want to end the work day and go home to relax so good job guys and there time is either spot on or earlier then what they say n I love that they take pics now to..
