Wish I could leave zero stars, Jose is the rudest retail person I ever met, very passive aggressive, never direct in what he is saying. And very dismissive, Fedex, you need to fire this employee or Re train him in customer service, the fact that he was mad because I wanted to tape down edges of my box which had holes was ridiculous. And even if it is policy, he could have handled it better instead of being passive aggressive and dismissive. Hope someone important actually sees this review. You could be waiting 30 seconds or 10 minutes depending on when the workers in the back decide to help you for a FedEx drop off.
