0 star if I can. Unreliable -- staff here don't know what they're doing. Drop off experience--First, staff firmly and confidently said "No" when I asked them if they have packaging tape for sale, twice (they did). Second, they tried to scan an obviously old label partially covered with tape and rolled up packaging until I pointed out there's a QR code they have to scan (which I was holding up). The fedex inside is completely non functional, no printer, no cables to connect, no trained staff. Nearly an hour, apps downloaded and still left without being able to get service. Only drop off location, do not expect any kind of other FedEx service.
