I do not want to give any star for this place. The customer service is terrible . I have Amazon items drop off and the FedEx QR code said No Box and and No Label But today when I got there the Black girl said I have to pack the items in the box. I trying to tell her it said No Box but she doesn’t even look the QR code she keep telling me to buy a box and pack . She has a very bad attitude and don’t care customer. I just drop Amazon stuffs in Waxhachie couple days ago without box and label.
Wouldn’t take my package because “at capacity “
