Was here at 8 am as per their google time and the hours on the door. There was no one. Waited till 8.05. Still locked from inside. They finally arrived once I was leaving. So I gave benefit of the doubt, and they informed they dont print label. Wasted 15 mins for nothing
There is FedEx inside convenient store, but before going please makesure you have physical copy of returning label as they don't have printer, i am requesting FedEx to provide printer to them if you are providing service from there. Hope problem of printer being resolved as soon as possible.
I come from long way for FedEx drop off and they said printer is not working..poor experience.
