Their policy is packages must fit on their shelf. FedEx policy does not match that of this Walgreens policy. And can't return something FedEx states can be returned without a box & will be packaged in the store. Let me tell you, don't waste your time here.
Tried to drop of a ground package, but I was told “the top shelf was full and they couldn’t accept another package.” When I asked why this was a policy, they couldn’t provide a good reason. I asked when FedEx picks up so I can drop it off when it’s not full. They said everyday but the shelf fills up quickly. My package is too large to use a drop box location. It seems like a new Walgreen’s store manager is enforcing a made up rule that isn’t fair for FedEx or FedEx’s customers.
Fedex Onsite is only a drop box. Nothing special and not really an opin6.
