My credit card was cancelled by Citi because of unauthorized charges and Citi attempted to send me a new card via Fedex. I was supposed to receive my new card on 8/12/25. I used the Fedex tracking number to monitor delivery progress. As of 8/18/25 i still had not received my Fedex delivery. I spoke with Fedex customer service and they said that Citi gave them an incorrect address.
