My credit card was cancelled by Citi because of unauthorized charges and Citi attempted to send me a new card via Fedex. I was supposed to receive my new card on 8/12/25. I used the Fedex tracking number to monitor delivery progress. As of 8/18/25 i still had not received my Fedex delivery. I spoke with Fedex customer service and they said that Citi gave them an incorrect address. This walgreens store not allowing to drop off fedex item at 8.50 pm when the store closing at 9 pm. The reason Andie gave is the parcel box is already closed. When you don't allow inside the store at 9.01 pm, then how can you not take the parcel at 8.50 pm ? This is called worst customer service
