I want to give ZERO STARS. “Taylor” was no help at all. Don’t waste your time with fed x. They take your packages and then tell you they can’t find it. I hope the delivery lady Mrs Crawford enjoyed my birthday present from my husband. Since it seems they wanna let employees steal packages
