Friendly customer service
When you gotta mail a package
Fedex customer service is the worst. Talked to a service representative in billing. She was horrible. Since FedEx has changed all their polices for home pickup, you will now be charged for that service. Fedex has decided to cut most of their suffices to save money but in doing so they have lowered their standards and make it harder to ship with.
