The process of sending a return package was simple and quick. The front cashier asked for my phone number, scanned the box, and that was it!
They should be specific on what can be dropped off at this location instead of waisting time they only take packages under 40 pounds which makes no sense if you are FedEx then do FedEx stuff not half and then I would have to jump back into traffic to find another location
They do not FAX!
