Delivery driver refused to cooperate, wouldn't give me vital medicine. Horrible.
Left package in FedEx Walgreen store. Employee scanned my label and told me I will receive phone message But I did not receive fedex phone message confirmation . In couple days I found out that package was not scanned on FedEx truck. Fedex customer service claimed that box should still be in Walgreens Brownsburg. In the store management claimed that package is not there. They could not explain what happened with package scanned in the store but never scanned out of the store.
Was returning something the kiosk made it so easy the guy behind the counter super helpful and polite
10 minute wait in line. Staff was competent though not enough staff. I hate Walgreen for FedEx drops. The maps are never clear if they are a real FedEx or a Walgreen. Walgreen never ever has enough help.
