I had to return a piece of medical equipment by FedEx Ground and found by Google that my local Walgreens is a FedEx OnSite drop off point. It was fast and very easy, no paperwork, just handed the package to the associate and that was it! I gave her my phone number for confirmation and shortly thereafter I received a text with confirmation and tracking info. Much, much easier than I had anticipated.

I can't talk to a real person on the phone or chat. I want to know why the fedex driver can't let me know he's making a delivery at my apartment building of 50 other apartments (we are listed by apartment), UPS does and everyone else that delivers. All they have to do is scroll to my name to ring my phone. Instead he leaves my packages outside where any one can pick it up and I never know it's there.
