I had to return a piece of medical equipment by FedEx Ground and found by Google that my local Walgreens is a FedEx OnSite drop off point. It was fast and very easy, no paperwork, just handed the package to the associate and that was it! I gave her my phone number for confirmation and shortly thereafter I received a text with confirmation and tracking info. Much, much easier than I had anticipated.
It took a while because they had never done a code off the phone but very attentive and helpful got the job done. Thank you!
