i feel like it’s ok here. i haven’t used it for any medium or large box but yes sometimes scanner doesn’t work, so definitely just call beforehand. i bring my box with label already attached and sealed and input my phone number onto their device for tracking updates.
In ACME, you even cannot drop-off scanner has not been working for ages
