Had a package delayed in delivery, we could not get an estimated date & time for delivery. As I worked for online notice, it had Mountain time instead of Pacific time. I called FedEx and got no resolution either. I think the problem is a software issue plus the onslaught of online orders. I will rethink about using FedEx in the future. I think.this was FedEx Ground instead of FedEx express. A local FedEx driver who was at Walmart Richland helped my husband figure out how to interpret the online tracking.
